Does anyone else feel this way? I HATE it that I get to class 15 / 30 minutes earlier than everyone else. In ballet when the barres are out I’ll go and stand in my usual place yet I always get shoved out of the way because they don’t want to go anywhere else! And when you pick a space infront of the mirror so you can see what you’re doing and someone just blatantly stands infront...

30 Day Challenge: Starts Today
I’ve been at home for half term so I thought the best way would be to start my 30 Day Challenge today seeing as I have the gym to go back to, although I have rehearsals Monday to Friday and a Show on Saturday this week. I may not get to the gym this week, if I knew my body could handle late nights, early mornings I would definitely go. I can get myself up, but it just affects me for the day....

So I sometimes get questions on how to read my lifting posts, so I’ve decided to answer them all with one explanation :)
For each exercise, I usually do 3-4 sets. What is a set? A set is when you perform an exercise a certain amount of reps.
EXAMPLE: If I write DB Bicep Curls 17.5x15 20x12…
