30 Day Challenge: Starts Today
I’ve been at home for half term so I thought the best way would be to start my 30 Day Challenge today seeing as I have the gym to go back to, although I have rehearsals Monday to Friday and a Show on Saturday this week. I may not get to the gym this week, if I knew my body could handle late nights, early mornings I would definitely go. I can get myself up, but it just affects me for the day. So I will definitely start on the eating front.
Start Date: Sunday 19th February
End Date: Monday 19th March
